Transcript
{Fade into Atheron. Zoom slowly into Conteus (Roman Contestro).}
NARRATOR: This is the tale of the Roman hero, Conteus. Conteus was a hero who slayed the Physcence. You see, {cut to a blank, white screen} The Physcence is a mythical monster that has eyes {eyes appear} with snake-like pupils. {pupils thin to a bold, straight line} He has brown fur. {a round furball appears behind eys and a furry torso appears} He also has bat-like ears and wings. {bat-like ears appear from his head and wings sprout from its back} He has fangs {fangs appear} and two big fangs on the sides of its mouth like a spider's. {two large fangs appear on the side of his mouth} He also has a scorpion tail complete with venomous stinger. {a scorpion tail sprouts from his back} And then, he has two two-fingered claws and hooves. {claws and hooves sprout from his torso}
Now back to Conteus. {Cut back to Conteus walking in Atheron} He was the Roman hero who slayed the Physcence. He is the ruler of an army called the Roman Eagle Soldiers. They're a group of Roman Soldiers. You can imagine how they look. Now for the for real story. {Conteus walks through the doors of his castle}
CONTEUS: So, Janey, what is happening in my city?
JANEY: Your city? It's not your--
CONTEUS: YES IT IS! Now what's happening? I haven't heard from the Physcence since I slayed him.
JANEY: "Slay" means to kill it.
CONTEUS: Oh. In that case, I just gave it a severe flesh wound.
JANEY: Then it might come back soon considering how long it's been.
CONTEUS: Trust me. It won't come back if it remembers the beating I gave it last time. {thundering footsteps shake the ground} I guess it forgot. {Cut to outside. The Physcence is walking with Virrus (Roman DSV) on his shoulder.}
'VIRRUS: {shouting} People of Atheron! I have returned to take over your city again! {The Physcence roars. Conteus approaches him.} Hrmph! I see you're still here. It just so happens that we have been training for our next encounter. He can shoot poison goop from his tail now! Now, Physcence, shoot him! {The Physcence blasts poison goop from his tail, but Conteus dodges.} I see you've been training as well.
CONTEUS: Nope. I thought you were dead.
VIRRUS: Dude, you saw us limp away. How could you think we were dead?
CONTEUS: I dunno.
VIRRUS: Well, whether you know or not, I'm still killing you.
