Some characters in Tampo Emails have strage names that are hard to pronounce. Don't blame me, blame Videlectrix, because they named these weirdos.

Anyway, now you can pronounce like a true Tampo! Note that these are not their official H*R pronunciations, as their names have never been spoken there. These are just how Joshua pronounces them, and how they would be pronounced if Tampo Emails were an actual Flash cartoon.

Dictionary

  • TAMPO - tamp-OH - Basically pronounced as spelled, although the "P" sound usually lingers slightly to create "Poh"
  • BRODY - BRO-dee - Prounounced with a long "O" sound and more stress on the first syllable
  • STLUNKO - stuh-LUNK-oh - The "stuh" part is said quickly to blend somewhat into "lunk"
  • SAARGTSSON - SAR-git-son - The "AR" and "S" sounds are lengthened, and "git" is said quickly
  • NEB-1 - neb-ONE - Both "NEB" and "1" are pronounced as normal syllables, and the hyphen is completely ignored in pronounciation
  • LIEKAND - LIE-kand - Both syllables are stressed
  • ICE MACHINE - ICE muh-SHEEN - Pronounced normally
  • EKERSBY - ek-kurs-BEE - The "bee" syllable is completely separate from the other syllables, while the first two are blended together
  • HARVAX XVII - HAR-vax THE sehv-en-TEENTH - As it's spelled, assuming that he's using Roman numerals
  • ZYVES - ZIVES - Pronounced as spelled with a long "i" sound
  • JARO - JAIR-oh - The "r" sound often lingers into the "oh" sound
  • GREGGO - GREG-goh - The syllables are pronounced rather quickly
  • CHORCH - CHORCH - Pronounced as spelled
  • TERRELL - TAIR-role - Not pronounced as spelled, pronounced quickly
  • GRUNDY - grund-EE - The syllables blend together often to create a "dee" sound
  • STOBAT - stoe-BAT - Pronounced as two completely separate syllables
  • KOLKARYU - koll-KAR-yoo - The syllables don't blend at all
  • POORBT - PORB-tih - The "or" is drawn out and the "tih" is pronounced quickly and quietly
  • GASPEAU - GAS-pee-you - The last two syllables are pronounced quickly
  • FROTZER - FROT-zer - Pronounced as spelled
  • GOKUL - goe-KOOL - As the Stinkomanual pronounces it: "Go cool"
  • ASTROMUND - as-troe-MUND - Pronounced as spelled
  • PROTEK - PRO-tek - Pronounced like "protect" without the "t" at the end
  • STAFULTER - stuh-FOLE-ter - The last two syllables usually blend together
