There are several characters, mostly from 20X6, that make major and minor appearances in Tampo Emails. Note that some of these characters here have different personalities than they do in the real Homestar Runner website and in some other fanstuff. This lists the characters and their personalities in relation to how they act in Tampo Emails only.

Main Characters
Tampo
Tampo is the main character of Tampo Emails, which is quite obvious due to the name. Although him and his two friends Brody and Stlunko answer emails together, he tends to have a slightly larger role in the emails than the other two, although this is not always the case. He is quite outgoing, but often requires Stlunko's help on technical matters.
He is actually a giant floating brain with eyeballs. He has a bright red lower brain and can talk, although he has no visible mouth. He is quite squishy and things can get stuck in him, including Stinkoman on more than one occasion. To fight, Tampo will use his agility to dodge attacks. His main attack are laserballs, which are balls of energy that he can shoot out of his lower brain. They will electrify whatever touches them and Tampo can shoot multiple shots at a time.
The Stinkomanual will tell you that "Tampo is as mean as he is delicious," but that's not exactly true, unless you're Stinkoman. Tampo was accidentally created by Stinkoman, who then challenged him. When he was first made, he was in a gem-studded robot body. When Stinkoman attacked him, his robot body was destroyed and Tampo lost what little memory he had. Stinkoman left him for dead, but Tampo's brain came back to life and eventually found Stlunko, who was looking for strong warriors to help fight against Stinkoman.
Although Stlunko was the one who recruited him and Brody, his personality and strength distinguished him as the group leader early on. He still loves his two friends and is never too harsh on them. Well, most of the time.
Tampo gained bad publicity from being cast as a villain in the popular Stinkoman 20X6 game. He considers Stinkoman to be evil, not him. He dislikes it when he is called the bad guy. He started the email show to help gain positive publicity, which he hoped would earn him money from his fans. Even after he became filthy rich, he continued his email show for more publicity and just plain fun.
He hates Stinkoman a lot. He isn't too fond of 1-Up and Pan Pan either. He wishes to rule the world, but is himself ruled by a master: Sticklyman. Although he used to want another robot body, he has decided that he likes being a floating brain best.

Brody
Brody is a member of the boss trio who answers the emails. He was also recruited by Stlunko after escaping from Stinkoman's kitchen, where he had hatched from a gaint egg. He is the sole survivor of the now-almost extinct race of giant chickens, where he was the king's unborn son.
Brody stands tall above everyone, although he isn't nearly as stiff as he is depicted in the Stinkoman 20X6 game. His personality is similar to Tampo, except not as serious, and occassionally absent-minded. Although he is extremely defensive around other, smaller chickens and wishes them no harm. When mad, Brody is extremely dangerous, as he can and will crush things with his large feet.
Brody is joined with Tampo and Stlunko in friendship, and doesn't seem to hate Stinkoman too much. Although he still is against Stinkoman, but that is mostly to help his buddy Tampo. He was recruited by Stlunko because he needed a job and was strong, powerful and didn't care for Stinkoman. He is also subject to the master.

Stlunko
Stlunko is generally considered to be the third member of the trio, with his robotic personality. He considers everything in a technical sense and never seems to use contractions, although occassionally he has shown signs of a personality. He is often needed to balance the more relaxed personalities of the other two.
He has several powers, including a radio link to the InstaNet, the internet of the future. He knows about pretty much everything, and what he doesn't know he will instantly look up. He can also scan several things, although it seems the InstaNet has a role in his scanning abilities. He has a massive hard drive with almost unlimited space. He often enlightens the other two bosses with his knowledge when they don't understand something, although he had been sharing this job with the SuperCom for a while.
He was created by the master to recruit new members in the battle against Stinkoman, and Tampo and Brody were his first two, and so far only, recruits. Tampo and Brody later recruited their own little armies of minions, which will be explained later.
Stlunko moves by rolling with a massive conveyer belt-like wheel. He controls two large hands by radio, which are actually the only hands the trio has, so he did the typing when they used the Plasma 2000 computer. In combat, his hands are used to block, punch and grab with amazing strength.
