So now we move on to another simple game. I personally think Tic-Tac-Toe is the stupidest game ever invented. I mean, does it exist just so you can get a tie every round? You can only win if your opponent is really stupid or really inexperienced. Which is rare. How is it so popular?
Regardless, it made a perfect candidate for second most common solution to all great disputes. As for 1-Up's "O for olive" comment... just a little randomness there. And "I'll be O!" sounds kinda empty. Perhaps 1-Up's been reading too many alphabet books lately.
1-Up tried to cheat again, but apparently he got caught. Getting three in a row doesn't count if one of your pieces are off the field. So it seems that Pan Pan get's his way here. Even if they weren't in a hurry, I doubt Pan Pan would want to eat at McPrawny's. I mean, look at that door. Obviously not built for animals of Pan Pan's... stature.
