We cut back to 1-Up with a new background and a new homemade device, this time for oven controls. If you look closely, you'll see that the button is pressed at the same time an oven is activated. It and the Video-lectrix screen (which turned out looking better than I expected) are completely custom and all mine.
The Terrell's speech is in a box in Panel 2 because it looks bad and awkward if against more than a single color. Also, it's revealed that Terrells have some limited telekinesis powers, just like 1-Up.
Poor Stinkoman. 1-Up thinks he's helping him have fun. If Stinkoman knew 1-Up was doing this... 1-Up's life would probably become much bleaker.
