Yesterday I was forced to do some garden work. Turns out some new wormy neighbors came with our new plants. Looks like 1-Up got one of them, but the chicken stampede isn't interested, even if 1-Up's their friend. But what is the biggest question here? Is it why 1-Up would carry worms around, or where was the worm was stored? I bet the answer to the latter is either in the shirt or in the mouth. And to the former, perhaps he finds them in the holes Stinkoman makes when he eats dirt.
Or it just be a comic and the worm came via the "gag reflex".
Hopefully this is the last time I have to piece together a mob of chickens. They're getting tiresome, as I have to start from scratch each time. And I really wish I could make Stinkoman's expression more angry and/or serious. But that blue diamond thing cuts off the half of the eye I need.
The line in Panel #2 is taken from one of Aussie Evil's entries in the contest. I found it very amusing. It's not an official winner of the contest, but I suppose you could consider it as a "runner-up". He's not exempt from the contest however; another one of his entries could still actually be a winner.
