And so, Steve and his army examine the capsule sent by the mysterious villain. Origially, it was going to be much bigger than it is right now, but its pixels didn't match with the surrounding environment, so I had to change it to make it look nice, but small, but nice.
If you want to know what I used to make the "glowy stuff", I used a type of paintbrush on Fireworks called "Toxic Waste", although in the last panel, it's a mix of Toxic Waste and "Toothbrush", something I tried to use at that time. It looks cool, though, but that's my opinion. I'm not confident in the use of Toxic Waste in the next comic, though.
Meanwhile, the hat that Steve's wearing is a recolor of a helmet of a Metool of the Mega Man series. It was the same one General Squid wore in Squid.
