And so, the elite troopers shoot Stinkoman with a large laser gun that shoots a very, very, very large blue laser beam after shooting a bunch of paralyzing eggs at Stinkoman. In other words, they paralyzed Stinkoman before he could attack and promptly shot him.
Originally, they were going to keep on shooting eggs at Stinkoman to add to the time Stinkoman will be paralyzed, but since it would've involved shooting more eggs (see previous comic) and elite troopers being in danger of the laser beam, you're given this.
Yes, that laser gun is custom made. Not taken from anybody or made from a previously made gun (there might be a chance a familiar looking gun sprite might exist, but oh well).
By the way, Stinkoman was saying, "...care to compromise?"
