The difference between the elite troopers and regular third class chickens are the red bands on the troopers' blaster arms. Also, they believe in the concept of "NO MERCY", as you will see in future comics.

You might wonder why Stinkoman isn't fighting back. Well, the troopers are fast, but you should remember that Stinkoman lost his powers in this comic. You may suggest just using physical strength and speed, but would you run and try to punch a guy who's shooting you with a gun in the face in hopes of knocking him out?
