So Steve and Moe carry out Steve's plan that was mentioned in the previous comic. The plan is Moe shoots a fireball at a running Stinkoman, who dodges it by jumping (there's no third dimension, so zip it), allowing Steve to shoot Stinkoman, an easier target, in mid-air. The plan works until the end...
Remember that Steve can shoot beams to mutate the targets (usually chickens). Since Steve shot the beam, Stinkoman would've been in the second class with Moe.
