And now, here's something that has something I haven't done in a while, a reference to another person's gag. This one is the (in)famous Jibney gag. As you can see (especially from a word in the second panel), this is clearly chemistry. Based on my current knowledge of chemistry, I think ammonium (NH+4) is the only real compound. The quadphosphate might not be possible, and you should have enough common sense to know that Jbx.x isn't real. If you think it is, I suggest you go dip your head in water... in the ARCTIC! ...excuse me.
If you want to know, "IFoAD" (what the female Stobat says in the third panel) stands for "Intergalactic Federation of Alpha-Delta", which was from the first comic, if you forgot. As for the Stobat and hands... well, I kind of find it hard for the female Stobat to pour liquid on Stinkoman with its stubby wings. I assume that they're just there and the Stobat may exhibit some psychic force similar to Homestar, although by psychic, I don't mean mind-reading or that stuff.
The small text says: "May also burn (off) flesh. Not guaranteed to burn away all illnesses and injuries."
