So while 1-Up was ordering tons of crap, the Cheatballs were pushing the missile over the to wall and fueling it with (probably Puudu-brand) pudding. And while working on this, I find amusing the sheer ridiculousness of this scenario. Them fueling a friggin' rocket to jump over a pole a third the rocket's size.
Meanwhile, we have some briefing and explaining of the upward half of Level 3's mission by Cheatball. If you recall, in Level 3's first half you had to punch the raindrop-like Mr. Ubbers and grab the gold they dropped, while avoiding those cloud guys.
The missile is now facing upwards. I used Paint Shop Pro to rotate the diagonal rocket 45 degrees, and then manually smoothed out the edges myself. All in all, it wasn't too backbreaking. Initially I tried shoving it off till later (aka the actual takeoff), but it's sheer size made it impossible to fit here diagonally. Also, some of you may recognize the pudding container in the last panel as the same one that held the dehydrated pudding early in the comic. But this one has a nozzle and handle!
