And there goes 1-Up and Mr. McPrawny, going their separate ways. This may be the last time Mr. McPrawny makes an appearance for quite a while, as the comic is still following 1-Up, who is now $1,000 richer. Also it seems McPrawny is personally carrying away Brody before getting his workers. How fascinating. (And when in doubt of a punchline, a Bubs quote/reference always comes in handy.)
Extremely observant readers may notice that the text in the word balloons is anti-aliased. Seems to be a side effect of my new 3.2 GHz computer, which is a wonderful upgrade from my old ~600 MHz computer, who you will all refer to as Slugworth from now on. However, it seems to anti-alias every bit of text on my computer, from forum posts and wiki words to MSPaint text. Of course, the MSPaint change is the only one you'll be noticing.
All in all, it isn't a bad thing. Makes the entire intarwebs look a little bit neater and softer. And bigger, which is why it also forced me to up my resolution a slab... Yay?
And for you newbies out there who don't know what anti-aliasing is... it's basically rounding out letters with pixels of blue and yellow (apparently) to make it "fade" into the white background. Gives them a more clean look as opposed to the old two-toned black/white text.
Edit: Aw dangit, Homsar ate the anti-alias text. Knew I shouldn't have let him out of his cage.
