Just wrapping these things up with 1-Up so we can get back to Stinkoman next comic. Now that he's cost Mr. McPrawny $1, he can smugly gobble down his well-earned meal. If he can. And if they let him.
And yes, Mr. McPrawny hangs out in this resturant. McPrawny's is indeed a chain of resturants, but this one happens to be its base, where McPrawny himself lives and works. How fortunate for 1-Up.
