Bubs' Concession Stand was closed. Strong Sad knocked on the gate, then jumped backwards as Bubs pulled it open from the inside.

"Howdy customer!" he said, as though he'd just been sitting there and waiting for someone to knock.

"I need to find somewhere to live," began Strong Sad.

"Strong Mad burn down his room again?" said Bubs.

"No!" said Strong Sad. He slapped the counter. "I'm moving out!"

"Oh!" said Bubs. He pulled a sign reading "Bubs' Real Estate Agency" out from under the counter and put it on the counter. "Let's see what I can do for you!"

"This charming plot of land is perfect for the first time home-builder!" said Bubs, indicating the spot they were standing in front of. "It's rustic, it's charming, and it's a stone's throw away from the mall!"

He picked up a stone and threw it. It hit his concession stand, knocking down the D in the sign.

"Uh, that's great and everything," said Strong Sad, "But... don't you rent this field out to Strong Bad?"

He pointed at the stop sign at his feet. It read:

"Strong Badia
Pop: Tire"

"That bum?" said Bubs. "He owes me fifteen years rent!"

"Look, could you sell me a house?" said Strong Sad. "I was kind of hoping for a roof of some sort over my head."

Bubs kicked at the dirt. "Well, Strong Sad, you kinda caught me in the middle of a housing crisis. It's all I can do to keep Gavin off the streets!"

He showed Strong Sad a matchbox containing Gavin the cockroach.

"Oh, never mind," said Strong Sad, walking away. "I'll go see if Marzipan will let me live with her."

"I'm sorry, Strong Sad," said Marzipan. "But Homestar's already staying in the guest room. I don't have any more room."

"What?" said Strong Sad. "What happened to Homestar's house?"

"It was bulldozed to make way for more grass," said Marzipan. "Why don't you sleep in the town hall, or something?"

Strong Sad shook his head. "I think I need to leave town."

"Oh," said Marzipan. "Have fun!"

"I said I'm leaving town!" said Strong Sad.

"Good luck," said Marzipan. She smiled at him.

"Ugh!" said Strong Sad, running away.

"Marzipan!" called Homestar, from the closet. "I found another spider in the guest room!"

"Just put him in a jar, sweetie," responded Marzipan.
