I needed someway for Stinkoman to learn Tampo's weakness, because you can't have a boss be defeated without his weakness being exploited. The punchline didn't come off as smoothly as I hoped. Bleh, must have been the large word balloon. Or something. Hopefully someone will still find it as funny as it did when I first envisioned it in my head. (Tampo's large size is still as annoying as ever.)

Tampo's statement in the third panel is relating to him absorbing that smoke earlier. And "puh-tooey" is a weak reference to when The Homestar Runner sent a projectile at Stinkoman's eye in 20X6 vs. 1936. I love that short more than you know. I demand a sequel!
