The flashback is now officially over. Before the fight starts, each have one little thing they need to do. I'm not entirely sure if saving a power crunch for later is something Stinkoman would do, but I needed some way for him to get healed. As for Tampo, he gets his blue eye of JUSTICE! Not only does it make him look better, but it also will let me show more emotion. Emotions are very difficult to show on a faceless brain, let me tell you.
I'm not sure how well the double-talking thing turned out. Hopefully it isn't too hard to figure out. The problem is the positions of both Stinkoman's and Tampo's mouths. It made positioning of the word balloon tails kinda awkward. But I think the shadow effect used to show a slight echo is cool. Like, if it didn't make me have to go out of my way to make it, I might have made it a standard.
