Now if you are from the Fanstuff Wiki... you probably aren't going to get this one. This comic is a reference to Metroid Third Derivative, which I'm sure you've all heard about in my Fanstuff Wiki Forum signature.

This joke is namely a reference to Comic #12, where a space pirate that Samus allows to stick around goes by the nickname Joey, and the designation J-0-E. Although it turned out to be a good decision in the end, he became a major annoyance to Samus quite a few times. I guess Stinkoman has read the comic and doesn't want to go through that.

And if there's one thing that Jaros have proved in comic, it's that they are effectively worthless in battle. (I'm pretty sure the Jaro is going into denial when it accepts Stinkoman's request of being a good fighter.) They have no legs, no arms, no weapons, and they fall apart upon impact. What was Mechanic Joe thinking?
