- There are buttons on the Gokul Feeding Machine you cannot touch. Attempting to will make the game say "Do not touch".
- The Gokul Feeding Room has cameras that are watching you."They're watching you... 0_0"
- Knocking on the door after Brody kicked the wall will display "No way we're doing a crappy knock-knock joke."
- Going Dennis will result in finding Dennis Dunjinman, a user known for her love of Trevor.
- The window is firm and bolted, like one you would see on the Discovery Channel.
- Killing the virus allows you to cook celebration muffins
- When playing as Stlunko in his virus prison, no contractions are used in the game text.
- During Tampo's time in Thy Dungeonman II, you are asked for your name, like the real thing. This name is re-used when Alpha Stan talks to you, wecloming you with the name you typed in earlier.
- The virus prison Brody finds himself is a reference and very similar to a custom house Joshua designed in the old game Logic Quest.

- Kirby is an emoticon/Nintendo charcter.
- Jibney is a HRFWiki word, inside joke, and a commonly used theme.
- O RLY? YA RLY is an InstaNet joke.
- Sticklyman is the "master", which is not allowed to be spoken by lesser universal beings.
- Aldi is a chain of food stores.
- Bonus Stage is a webtoon that Super Sam is known to dislike.

- At the title screen, the Easter Egg involving Saargtsson will say "Get offa me!", a reference to vacation.
- It also mentions "that Jonathan guy", a mention of Jonathan Howe.
- On the instructions screen, under the inventory command the first line of text is "what do you has?" This is both a reference to the Strong Bad Email army and the Homestarmy desktop wallpaper.
- The command of "go dennis" is from Thy Dungeonman One.
- Playing Tic-Tac-Toe with the gokul will make you "O for olive", a reference to Stinkoman 20X6: Reloaded.
- Flipping the switch from the inside of the caldera will say that you must remove the cave-in, another "jorb".
- "Lava nice day" is a line from Bonus Stage, slipped in against Supra Samm's will.
- Looking up in the caldera says that the volcano "blew up in a big, fiery ball that was visible from space. This is a line from pom pom.
- In the Gokul Feeding Room, you are sure to look out for the Gokul's li'l brudder.
- The bomb is a reference to "cousins", where Strunko did toss the bomb into the lava. The virus is a reference to an easter egg in bomb squad where "boorst" would activate the virus.
- Stlunko says something about his future self giving him advice. This is a reference to time stream.
- Stlunko turns into a "Castlefunnies" caraciture. This is from old comics.
- The portal is "swirly photoshopped magic", a reference to alternate universe.
- The simulation room is a larger copy of the training simulator seen in alternate universe.
- There is a part that's an almost exact copy of the first room of Thy Dungeonman II.
- If you type "die", it will tell you that "Only liars and thieves type 'die' to quit... and those people go to prison. Just ask The Cheat." This is a reference to stupid stuff and the Cheatcakes.
