When an albino The Cheat knowing government secrets is stolen and mysteriously ends up in The Wheelchair's closet, The Wheelchair flees from George and King Snailbert, who try to arrest him. When they finally capture him and throw him in a dungeon, The Wheelchair realizes he's been framed. After refusing to play Hotel Mario, The Wheelchair is forced to board the "gravy boat" and he's taken to a maximum security prison.
