Bluetant Bot, if I'm correct, is a Bluetant with tank treads, and with second to none feelings. And, the best part is, it's really or fully mobile. We first see him a boss, where he says he has the technology to rebuild Joey. As a result, Joey is much more, or a bit more greener than usual. He has yet to make another appearance as a secondary character.
It is revealed that Bluetant Bot acts as recon/foreteller in PUDDING, where he reveals the location of said Otaku Chorch. He then acts in the puppet shows An Ice Machine puts up to insult Nebulon, although things don't go as planned.
