This (sort of) explains why 1-Up went from wanting toast to cereal in previous comics. Or was it cereal to toast? Eh. Well, I guess this just shows that 1-Up can never make up his mind for whether he wants toast or cereal. Now it looks like he'll be delayed from breakfast, due to this new object smashing through somewhere which 1-Up says is a TV.

Now, you may be wondering why 1-Up's speech bubble is in front of Pan Pan in the third panel. Well, I just wanted to make sure you got the idea that 1-Up was yelling loudly. With a mouth that large, I wouldn't be surprised.

I was racking my brains trying to think up a company to put in Pan Pan's thought bubble. Here are some of my original thoughts:

• Aldi - Too many Aldi references are evil. Plus, I don't want to help Jayden in thinking that Aldi's products are low quality. THEY AREN'T! THEY'RE JUST CHEAP!
• FedEx - I'm not sure why I didn't choose FedEx. I probably just didn't like the sound of it.
• Microsoft - Uh, yeah. I'm not going to add in any way to the unreliability image of Microsoft's products. THEY AREN'T, I SAY!
• iDelivery - A kick in the teeth for those people who don't like Microsoft. It didn't fit into my speech bubble anyway.
• Roadkill Enterprises - *attempts to cram size 4 text into a speech bubble*

Oh, and as for where 1-Up pulled the knife out of - he got it out of Hammerspace.

Author's Comments Reloaded

Two perhaps small changes with this comic, the most noticable of which being that I moved the speech bubble off of Pan Pan. People were complaining. They need to shut up. I also changed the time on the oven from 8:37 to 8:31. Time doesn't go that fast.

In a completely unrelated topic, I just realised that in Comic 11 there's a small amount of white space to the left of the first panel. Woo.
