"Explanatory comic duece!" Here we learn that as the Gaspeau shouted out in the last comic, this is code blue. The panic level when the alert bar reaches red. But why code blue? The world may never know. We also find out that Poorbts work in the lava zone to keep it alive.
In the 3rd pannel, if you can't identify that thing, it's the open hole in the lava zone walls with clouds covering it up. Thus, darkening everything up.
I learned by making this that using as much as the games sprites look better than creating your own. Really, don't create too many custom sprites.
