Fake characters that are based on H*R is allowed on this wiki, but if my character isn't based on H*R, then its not allowed. My character is based on Homsar (His look), so that means that I CAN use him. Lazlo319

As long as there's enough evidence in the blog to suggest Tomsar lives in the Homestar Runner universe, I think that's fitting enough. 02:36, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
