It looks like Mitchell has returned and he isn't happy for some odd reason. The rest of the prologue will probably explain more of Stinkoman's origin, who the previous "the guy" was and how he became "the guy".

The 2-Up sprites were made by C.Olimar788. And the Mitchell sprites were obviously made by me, although the Mitchell sprite in the first panel is editted from another comic.
