The basic idea is that Stinkoman starts off as a servbot that is ordered to chase criminals. But, later, Stinkoman gets hit in the head during a fight and starts talking about nothing, except challenges. It's similar with 1-Up's story. But, we won't know that till later.

This comic explain Sticklyman escaping an attempt to deactivate Stinkoman, because of his amazing power. Sticklyman's original plan was to deactivate Stinkoman so that he could come into "Strong Bad" HQ later, steal it, reprogram it and use it for evil.

Sticklyman is a part of the Challengers/Fighters Aliance, but you won't see that until later.
