Bill Gates is the somewhat evil leader of Microsoft, one of the three main competitors of Videlectrix. In an attempt to be three steps ahead of its competitors, he hides microscopic security cameras on the walls of every one of them. He is not afraid to assassinate those who get too powerful. His X-Box 360 cannot be beat in terms of shininess, polished with toxic chrome.

Called "Billy" by many other characters, he does not like to be disrespected. Even when his bank computer has technology from 10 years in the future, it is incredibly easy to hack, but he does not like to admit it. When he goes shopping for clothes, he takes his entire fortune out of the bank, as he has high expectation.
