What does that locked switch do?

The Wheely 145 was The Wheelchair's first computer. It could only hold three kilobytes, but it could fly and break down walls. In inspection Eh! Steve switched the "locked" switch on it to "moving" and it rolled off its desk and smashed on the floor.
