  • Sir Maxwell Candlear is the 1937 form of Maxy Waxy, and he is still The Devil's mortal enemy. He causes all sorts of trouble in Hell, including caving it in. He used to be a great prince in Neuconsin, but a huge mistake happened and he fell of a cliff after being shot by The Homestar Runner.
