Homsar is just a crazy little man from Place. He was apparently raised by a cup of coffee and got to Free Country USA via the Pride Of The Peaches. He is the King of Town's nephew, which explains similarities in their vocal patterns and appearences. Homsar's age is unknown, he could be anywhere between 13 and 70. He enjoys dancing, conducting legitimate buisness and watching bricks.
