The Question

Okay guys. This poll is going to determine the fate of the next Not Quite Email. Gunhaver is trying to sue Dr. Croctor for fooling him by telling him he's going to die of two pancreases when that's not true. As the Easter egg suggests, the Not Quite Email is going to be a court case, and it is going to be a civil court case, so not prosecutors nor death penalties. If Dr. Croctor is guilty, he has to owe Gunhaver money. If Dr. Croctor is innocent, nothing is owed. Now, before voting, here are the facts that support the plaintiff and defendant sides:

• Gunhaver
  • Was fooled in thinking that he will die at midnight
    • This made him do stupid stuff
    • This made him nearly waste 7 emails
    • Allowed Blue Laser and his minions to get a good night sleep

• Dr. Croctor
  • A jokester switched Gunhaver's medical report from the exam with a fake one that said that Gunhaver had two pancreases
