Prepare for the appearance of Tampo. It might not be in the next strip, but probably in the one after that.
The note's made from a similar note from Family Guy, where it has a list of possible thing for him to be doing. The only difference is, Stinkoman's excuses are more beleivable. Also, one of them is true. As for what's on it, yes, Stinkoman has a secret lair. It probably won't be seen in this comic, as I haven't thought of any useful purpose for it. The second thing is obvious. The third means that Stinkoman likes to bully 1-Up. The fourth is what he's actually doing.
