This is kinda confusing. Not the plot, I fully understand that. It's that the Shadowy Figure can see everything going on in the world, yet I don't get it. What, does he use a camera robot or something? Eh. I guess we'll never know.

If you don't get the plot, it's that everyone wants to kidnap 1-Up. Tampo was made by Adahan to get 1-Up so he can give it to his master, the Dark Lord, so he can absorb 1-Up's energy. The Shadowy Figure wants to kidnap 1-Up to lure Stinkoman to him, so he can absorb Stinkoman's energy. The chorch sent to get 1-Up got Pan Pan through misconception, and 1-Up is trying to get Stinkoman's help. ...Now I'm confused.
