BACKSTORY THEORY: Spectero was an old man who hunted ghosts for a living who had two sons - Spectero Jr. and Spectero II. One day, he died in a hunt for an apperant ghost where he got hit by a train - and became one! Spectero took revenge on the train, and The Master witnessed this. He then took Spectero in and mad ehim the leader of the Specter Training Fortress just outside of Challenge City.
