Finally! Some of TheCheese's Tips!
Well, I know what you're saying. "PBTC The Cheat Emails are awful! What could TheCheese know about good tips?" Well, I do know many, many tips, believe it or die. And here they are.
Curses
There are Email Curses out there! Even the millionaire PBTC The Cheat fell into some!
The Short Curse
Take my word for it. 10 emails with 100 lines each is better than 100 emails with 10 lines each! No one wants to read ten lines unless they despise reading! So, I suggest making each email at least 50 lines.
The Snooze Curse
Did you like the SBEmail some kinda robot? No, of course not. For the sole purpose that nothing happened. Strong Bad never left the computer! Your emails have to have an interesting plot! THEY MUST! Like dragon, for example. Great plot, great Trogdor! Okay?
The Funny Curse
Would you even go on Homestarrunner.com if it wasn't funny? I mean, sure, The Cheat is a role model, but you probably wouldn't be too interseted without its humor. Your emails need humor, man! They do! And too many references a funny email does not make.
The Character Curses
Don't talk out of character, don't make (too many) characters out of the H*R universe, and don't introduce too many characters at one time, especially at the beginning of your email show. Very confusing and irritating.
