Pontency in punctuation, greatness of grammar, capacity of capitalization and the superbity of spelling

First of all, most importantly, make your emails nice and clear. This is the most common mistake that can be judged relatively. Follow the Transcription Stadards, or you will never amount to anything.

BOLD AND CAPITALIZE NAMES AT THE BEGGINING OF A CHARACTER'S SPEECH: This is what the character should say. Leave a [sic] If you want it to be clear that you meant to misspell a word. Never abreviate names unless the chatacter is talking about them and would actually say it. (Example, Strong Bad could call the King of Town the KoT.)

Wrong way- never make anyone speak like this. No one will understand

{Itallics and brackets for actions on a seperate line. NEver put an action on a character page like this:}

ALWAYS PUNCTUATE! ALWAYS CAPITALIIZE! ALWAYS USE CORRECT GRAMMAR! People think spelling are more important than these, but it's not. I'd rather read a somewhat misspelled document than a honors student spelling with no capitalization or punctuation.
