Cyrus here, and so is my newest masterpiece!

Hm...a bottle of toxic liquid that drips from above. Meh, it can't be destroyed, so it's definitely better than Gokul, but still, it needs enhancing.

It spills its contents in a vent, so it's a wider range attack. It's kind of like those Lava Falls in the Lave Zone that spill lava. Lava-ly.

I just doubled the vent power here. (not ripping off PK)

The Tortan now hovers, as well as dripping extra drops through the pipes. It's programmed to fly away when not attacking so Stinkoman can't hit it.

Now this is where it's at! Drills were installed to help give it a dropping attack. It qualifies as a mid-boss/large enemy.

I added the extra metal ball for a defense boost and upgraded the vents. However...it needs better hovering power.

...and more hovering power it gets. I gave it boosters, but also a mouth and antennae for an insect-like appearance. I also gave it a plasma tail.

I have given the Tortan upgraded eyeplates! This thing looks like a huge, poison venting dragonfly, don't it?
