"It's about this guy and some kangaroos. Really original, huh? This'll be a great blockbuster game!"Videlectrix CEO

Marcus in the Kangaroo Zone is all about patience. You are what Videlectrix calls "Unnamed Guy", a green-skinned man with a straw hat. You have to throw a short "ASCII-A-Rang" at the swarms of kangaroos coming at you from the left and right. You can jump to hit the kangaroos if they jump, but if you don't jump to catch the boomerang, you lose a life, but the boomerang continues flying in the opposite direction you threw it in. Also, if any kangaroo hits you, you lose a life.

Premise

RURAL AUSTRALIA, 1986
A plot device forced the Unnamed Guy to go out
in the open... TO BE ASSAULTED BY KANGAROOES!
Help him, maybe? Victory might be yours!

Unnamed Guy has 3 cats protecting him. Whenever
he is about to die, he simply pulls up a cat to
protect his body. Unfortunately, there are only

3 of those. Also, use the ASCII-A-Rang, Unnamed
Guy's family inherited V-shaped object, to
keep the kangaroos away. FUNTIME!

Easter Egg

  • If you are patient enough to rack up a grand total of 25,000 kangaroos, you will finally get to view the ending.
RURAL AUSTRALIA, 1996
"Wow, that was 10 years of getting those stupid
kangarooes away. Now, I think I should go
home," thought Unnamed Guy.

He was right. As he headed home, he met a curious
fellow named Demented Cactus. They became friends,
but a sticky situation ended up having Unnamed

Guy half-eaten. His family won't be happy when
he comes home with half a brain!
TGE END!

Fun Facts

  • ASCII is the type of lettering code used on most computers, consisting of every symbol on a keyboard, nothing else. "V" is obviously one of those, which is what he uses.
