Commander Lleb Atticus Mi
Commander Mi is a smart, generous, and wise man. He lacks the ability to properly run his planet and this is why he sends out to find the "wise" Homestar Runner. He's one of the only few who truly know the history of the planet and the futures of our present day characters.
PW44H
The PW44H is sent by Commander Mi to travel back in time to take Homestar. He was constructed by the number one engineer on planet Mas Repus, Dr. Gorfmoh, and is known for his lifelike, witty personality. He later befriends Homestar and helps him to accomplish his goals.
Dr. Gorfmoh
A the future descendant of Homsar, Dr. Regit H. Gorfmoh is the smartest person on planet Mas Repus. He's an inventor/engineer with close, personal ties with Commander Mi. Although he is indeed a genius, he often acts as if he has no clue what's going on. He is the original creator of the PW44H and the X-Enz spaceship/time machine which allows for flawless time travel. Although he usually spends his time alone, shrouded from society, the world sees him as a national hero, as he's solved most of their problems...
Noomoh
Noomoh is Commander Mi's personal assistant. He does most anything Commander Mi needs doing and loves his job. He rarely really ever think for himself and hopes to one day become a high authority man like Lleb. He certainly has his doubts on Homestar, especially to just how "wise" he is.
