To Start

  • You must have completed the following criteria in order to start this quest:
    • Completed the 8-bit 2 by 4 quest
    • You must still have a realitifier
  • Start the quest at this location:
    • Control Room

Part one: Set Sail!

When you enter the control room, the captain will thank you for ridding the video game infestation from the ship. In fact, why would a ship have an arcade instead of beds, or a resturant? We'll never know. Any way, he will tell you that the ship is ready to depart. This is your last chance to do anything outside of the ship. When it has left 20X6, the crew members will appear on the ship. Talk to them until you learn that Swabbie Dan is missing.

Part two: Captivity

Swabbie Dan is in hallway Alpha. Go there, and Homeschool's army will attack you! Swabbie Dan will take off a mask and reveal himself to be Homeschool! Battle enemies until you die. You will be taken to the East Below Deck. Talk to the real Swabbie Dan to learn that if Homeschool gets to the "Secret Room," then he will be able to take over the ship! All of the crew are in the Control Room. Make your way up there and talk to the captain. You will now have to play a minigame! Aww, man!

Part three: That Minigame I was Talking About

You must place the twelve crew members in different places in the control room. The object is to stop the army from getting to the back. Soldiers will slowly come out into the control room. You can order crew members to move, stand still, or attack. If they stand still, they will wait for an enemy to come close, then battle them. If they move, they will do the same as standing, only patrolling an area. This covers more range, but it can cause the enemy to sneak by. Attacking, the crew member will choose the nearest enemy, and run toward it. These are good to place near the beginning, because to many at the end are dangerous. When an enemy and a crew member meet they will battle. They will each randomly choose a number that is close to thier power level. The person with the highest attack wins. Here are the enemies:

  • Shadow soldier
    • Number of this enemy (NOTE) = 5
    • Power = 3
    • Special = speedy charge
  • Explodo
    • NOTE = 5
    • Power = 7
    • Special = blowup
  • Homeschool clone
    • NOTE = 3
    • Power = 5
    • Special = clone
  • Homeschool
    • NOTE = 1 (duh)
    • Power = 9
    • Special = Wipeout

Part four: That Minigame, Part 2

The game will start with an even mix of Shadow soldiers and Explodoes. When they're finished, Homeschool clones will enter. When all others have fallen, Homeschool will enter and preform Wipeout, which permenantly freezes all crew members. CHEATER! Watch as Homeschool casually walks to the back of the room and presses a switch. He will then enter the secret room. If any enemy besides Homeschool enters the Secret Room, you lose.

Part 5: CONTROLLISM!

You wont' see what happens, but Homeschool will do something in the secret room that causes the crew members to turn evil. You can't beat them, so go down to the below decks. The Videlectrix Arcade is the only place uncontrolled by Homeschool. After getting there, you have completed the quest.
