Description

Just north of 20X6 Central is the always-winter city of Neo Arcardia. It's large, futuristic pyramids and majestic purple and white buildings are truly something to behold. Enemies, usually soilders of the X Empire, often patrol the frozen streets. In it's center, the majestic Neo Arcadia Citadel stands tall. The shops have some good and unique items, and you can get and learn the recipe for Neo Arcadia's soul-warming coffee at the Neo Arcadian Cafe. You can also visit its 4 sub-cities.
