Effect
Raises Coach Z's morale by giving him something to blame all his problems on; while it's equipped, he hits for 50% more damage and his DEF and STR are raised by 4. However, his AGI and EVSN are lowered because it's harder to move in tight pants, and his CHRM is lowered because he simply does not look hot in tight pants.

Found
- The Tight Pants are hidden in locker 485 in the Locker Room. The combo is different for each copy of the game. It can be found only after completing the Viral Outbreak quest. Then, go to the 20X6 world and talk to Pan-Pan. He will mention something about a strange paper with numbers on it. Then, simply go to the Robotic Stick and there will be a paper stuck on it with the combo.
NOTE: You MUST talk to Pan-Pan for the paper to appear. If he doesn't tell you about it, it won't be there.
