As in most interactives, you'll be having your characters do things, go from place to place, and talk. For the most part, you'll be following the transcription standards. However, to keep track of the times edits occur, we'll have you use a special template after each line you type. These examples will demonstrate how it works:
'''CHEWY:''' Hi there, folks! {{tsidate|~~~~~}}
will turn into
CHEWY: Hi there, folks! (03:35, 18 July 2008 (UTC))
Actions must be treated with the template as well.
''{Chewy does a terrible jig.}'' {{tsidate|~~~~~}}
will turn into
{Chewy does a terrible jig.} (03:35, 18 July 2008 (UTC))
The reason for using the timestamp template is to ensure that your character is not in two places at once; you must specify when you leave an area and enter another. The timestamp helps us keep track of this. If you do not apply the timestamp template properly, your post will be removed without warning. Just remember to use it; you should be fine.
