Steve was bought by Strong Bad for a birthday present to Mitchell, a very long time ago. He used to like Pokemon the anime series, but slowly lost interest in it. He also liked the Cheat Commandos most of his life. In fact, his life-long dream was to become a Cheat Commando.

One day, That dream came true when Gunhaver knocked on Mitchell's door requesting that Steve would be a spy to the Cheat Commandos. Gunhaver needed Steve because he heard rumors that Steve had something that no ordinary the Cheat has, but he is yet to say what it is.

Steve now lives in the Cheat Commanods HQ and he visits Mitchell every now and again. He has an interest in making cartoons on his computer like Strong Bad's the Cheat. Except, his cartoons are better then the Cheat's are, although he still needs to work on his animation.

Steve is the top spy and agent of the Cheat Commandos Elite. He also has an long-lost evil twin brother that used to work for Blue Laser and is currently unemployed. His name is "Callum."
