Neon Lights is ALXXMaXX's The Cheat. He's named after a song by Kraftwerk (Aka those German guys who pretend they're robots all the times and sometimes dress up like something from Tron). He's a whiz at electronic musical instruments. He also circut-bends a bit. He sometimes lets The Cheat remix songs he makes.
