Ned is 1-Up Cheatachu's The Cheat. He is very clumsy, but loyal. Ned looks like Nebulon, which is where 1-Up Cheatachu got the name. 1-Up Cheatachu, when adopting Ned, first thought of naming him Nebulon, then Nedulon, and finally Ned. Ned speaks English and Cheatese. He loves popsicles, and his favorite flavor is blue raspberry.
