His full-name is Jeffraldo. He was given to The Noid by PH. Ever since Jeffy said something about Pizza, Noid knew they were best friends. He helps Noid keep his pizza addiction under control, and even does a little stealing so Noid can live off of Pizza. He hates most types of Anime, and even got Pokemon to "jump the bear-shark" with some crappy petition. He also thinks Rubberman is creepy.

Some time, Jeffy stumbled acrossed Flash 8575884. He then learned quickly and became a pro-flash artist. He is better than most of the Cheats at animating, and even animated some the Cheat Commandos Cartoons!

Later, he was then opted to join Teh CC. Noid let him join the Cheat Commandos, and ever since then, Jeffy's been stopping in once a week and writing once a day for a while now. Jeffy is more of the "Sly" one if anything, and works alongside Silent Rip and Ripberger.

And then Jeffy has been mildly content ever since The Noid shipped him off to Military School CC HQ.
