These are references to party games or frat customs.
The second panel refers to the beer chug. This is when a guy starts drinking beer from a tube (Rightside-up or upside-down, usually from a funnel) with the crowd chanting "Drink!" It's not beer, but soy sauce.
The third panel is one of those moronic fraternity initiations. These can range from streaking, to dropping a huge fork on your where-the-sun-don't-shine.
And who's that in the fourth panel? Why, it's none other than everyone's favorite toga-wearing nut, Togrundy! He's just a running gag character that'll appear every so often. Credit to Lord of the Frogs for the Grundy image.
