• Disc 1 - This disc contains the original 1-Up Emails 1-50, remakes of the emails, three new, never-before-seen emails, the first seventeen Scroll Button Songs, the first 100 Email Intros, and the unfinished fan fiction, 1-Up Emails: The Movie.
• Disc 2 - This disc contains the original 1-Up Emails 51-80, remakes of the emails, four karaoke music videos, and a long-lost never-before seen fiction non-cannon Decemberween crossover between 1-Up Emails and Strong Bad Emails.
• Disc 3 - This disc contains 1-Up Emails 81-100 and various behind-the-scenes footage, with a documentary on Marzichan's wand and various other things in 1-Up's universe, never-before seen sketchbook and some extras.
• Disc 4 - This disc contains 1-Up Emails 101-130, one previously unreleased email, a karaoke videos, outtakes from some of the 1-Up emails and some extras. It is sold separately from the first three discs.
• Disc 5 - This disc contains the long-lost 1-Up Emails 131-150, and one previously unreleased email, It is sold separately from the first four discs.
