Mr. E is an evil character who wants The Wheelchair dead because The Wheelchair killed his father in top secret mission on the moon. The Wheelchair revealed that his father was an Ungurait in saving the moon. Mr. E's identity is unknown. His minion is Mr. Flower. And yes, in every appearance so far, he's been a silhouette, until it was revealed in tech ed that he was an Ungurait. How surprising...
